Software and CNO Engineers
At Bestgate, our Software Developers and CNO Engineers play a vital role in delivering mission-critical solutions. Software Developers are responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining software applications that meet user needs. Working with cross-functional teams, they develop innovative solutions and continuously enhance existing products. CNO Engineers focus on network exploitation and defense, identifying and mitigating security risks by finding vulnerabilities in software, hardware, and networks. Depending on the team and mission, some of our work offers a hybrid component.

  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $230,000*

Systems Engineers
Systems Engineers at Bestgate are responsible for the architecture, design, and integration of complex systems. They ensure smooth interaction between various system components and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $230,000*

System Administrators
System Administrators at Bestgate manage and maintain our customers' IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of systems and networks. They handle system configurations, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. System Administrators play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and safeguarding our customers' technical environments.

  • Salary Range: $85,000 - $200,000*

*Note: The salary range provided is for Junior to Senior-level positions. Actual compensation will be based on an individual's background, experience, and education.
