Cleared Infrastructure Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for enterprise IT systems
  • Manage day-to-day operations of infrastructure: servers, storage, networks, and client devices
  • Configure and administer Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Install and maintain operating system software and patches
  • Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support
  • Monitor systems and respond to issues in real-time
  • Work closely with ISSOs to ensure compliance and system hardening
  • Communicate system status and issues to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support dispatch and resolution of hardware and software problems

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 + years of system administration experience
    • OR 15 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Strong Linux administration experience
  • Familiarity with PowerShell and Bash scripting
  • Experience with system hardening and compliance standards
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification
  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph

Desired:

  • Experience with AWS environments
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian Tool Suite
  • Exposure to BigFix or similar patch management tools
  • Experience using Ansible for configuration management

*Salary Range: 
$135,000 - $170,000
